Broadband’s ‘big four’ fail to impress

This survey from Which? magazine doesn’t surprise me. Nice to see my ISP (Zen Internet) doing well. They are pricey (especially for someone who doesn’t do much downloading like me), but I guess you get what you pay for. At least I know if something does go wrong I have excellent technical support on hand.

Here’s the quote on Zen:
“However, Zen Internet gets top ratings for its customer service, online and phone support, speed, reliability and for being easy to set up. Seventy-seven per cent of users told us they were very satisfied with the overall service”.
